Nourishing Our Neighbors
Carver Center’s Carver Market provides a self-choice, indoor food pantry where families and individuals can access fresh, nutritious food in a dignified setting. Each month, approximately 2,500 families rely on the Market, made possible through the generosity of donors, partners, and community support. Contributions of food, funding, and volunteer time all play a vital role in keeping the Market running and accessible to those who need it most.

Dear Friends of the Carver Market,

The Carver Market, our self-choice, indoor food pantry offers families and individuals a dignified shopping experience with a varied selection of fruits, vegetables, meats, and groceries, without charge.

We are currently seeing approximately 2,500 families on a monthly basis.

We are accepting individual donations of food and personal items, such as diapers. Our Market is also stocked through the generosity and kindness of our supporters, including individual donors, corporate donations, community food drives, and various non-profit partners.

We welcome financial donations to cover food purchases and, just as importantly, to offset our costs for staff to handle deliveries and distribution. The people power needed to move, unpack, set up, distribute, and then recycle the boxes is enormous. Learn more about volunteering.
